‘eBack Home’ Service Launched for Visitors from Hong Kong and Macau, Luggage can be sent to your home from Japan Hotels
Since Japan announced to lift restrictions on individual visitors as well as reintroduce visa-free entry for foreigners from Oct. 11, visitors from Hong Kong to Japan increased dramatically. To help visitors from Hong Kong and Macau to ease their luggage burden when returning home, we work with SF Authorized Reseller to launch a new service ‘eBack Home’ from this November.
‘eBack Home’ is a service provided in hotels where Hong Kong and Macau visitors stay in Japan. They can send Japanese souvenir ortheir personal luggage directly to their home at the hotel reception.
It only takes 3 steps to do the delivery.
- Scan the QR code provided at hotel reception or contact our support whatsapp at +852 9143 5648
- Provide receiver’s information for delivery
- Hand over the luggage to the reception staff

Visitors can be totally relived because the whatsappsupport will take care of allthe delivery process as well as any questions from service users.
