This function will help our customers to search and download the most recent 6 months customs documents for both import and export. Here is how you can search and download customs document.

    • How to search and download documents

    Enter the waybill no. and mobile phone no. or email address of either the sender or receiver to get a verification code, then the document will be available.

     

     

     

    •   Tips
    1.  Please be noted that only the documents of the most recent 6 months are available on this query page. For documents dated back to over 6 months, please contact our Customer Service or sales representative.
    2.  Only documents of one single waybill are available for each query. If you need documents for multiple waybills, please contact our Customer Service or sales representative.
