We would like to call for your attention about our services schedule during the 2021 Chinese New Year Holiday, which falls from Feb. 11 to Feb. 17, 2021. During the holiday,wewill continue to provide normal pickup and delivery services and customer services in Japan. However, some gateways in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan regionswill be closedfor the holiday,and delaysmay be expected at local customs clearance and delivery.
