Regarding the Migration of International Shipment Online Booking System (for Enterprise Customers)

    Thank you for your continued trust and support to us.

     

    After the migration of our new online ordering system International Unified Order Platform (hereinafter abbreviated as "IUOP") for individual customers in May, the migration for enterprise customers has been completed on Jun. 21, 2022. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences and troubles caused by the migration.

    After logging in to IUOP, enterprise customers may confirm their SF account number at Home Page.

     

     

    New platform with new functions without reregistration

    IUOP provides more convenient functions to customers with one-stop services. Besides international express services, enterprise customers may place orders for International Heavy Freight services as well on IUOP. Meanwhile new functions including Online Customer Support, Announcement are also included in the platform for directly and convenient contact with us.

     

    After the migration, customers may log in to IUOP with ID and password used in the old system IBS, and there is no need for to register again on IUOP.
