Service Arrangement during Chinese National Holiday

Thank you for your continued trust and support to SF International.
We would like to inform you of our service arrangement during the Chinese National Holiday (Oct. 1 – 7, 2021). The pickup and delivery services, as well as our Customer Service in Japan are provided as usual, but services may be delayed due to the close of some gateways in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong (Macau) and Taiwan during the holiday.
In addition, due to the recent tightening of measures against Covid-19 and the reduction of international flights with less cargo space, the arrival day in the destinations is expected to increase. Therefore we highly recommend our customers to schedule an early pickup.
