Updated Information on Surcharges Imposed in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan

In light of changing economic factors and market landscape, new arrangement on surcharges is imposed in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The new arrangement aims to enhance our operational efficiency and to provide customers with better shipping experiences.
Details are as follow:
1. Out-Warehouse Service Charge （*INBOUND to Japan Receivers）
If the shipments are originated from warehouses, logistics centers, exhibition centers, etc., extra administrative documents, handling procedures and usually queuing up for using the facilities are necessary. There is a surcharge applied in Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau with the rate as follows:

*There is no warehouse service charge for Taiwan. However, should the payment be settled in Taiwan, payer in Taiwan has to bear the service charge for warehouse service used in CN / HK / MO (if any) and the fixed rates are NTD 300 for CN warehouses and NTD 1200 or NTD 2000 for HK / MO.
2. Actual Expense
Customers are responsible for all the actual expense if incurred in the course of shipping process, e.g. warehouse charge to the third party facilities.
