In compliance with the authority' s regulations, thorough checking is performed to all inbound shipments and that may lead to longer shipment processing time.
Please note that the following information is essential for smooth customs clearance:
- Full, clear and accurate description of goods (e.g. commodities, material composition, country of origin, etc.)
- Accurate quantity and declared value shown in the commercial invoice
- Complete information for both shipper and receiver (full contact name, full address and full company name if applicable)
Shipments will be delivered upon the completion of customs clearance. We highly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
