Notice on Delay of Personal Luggage Shipment

    Dear Customers,

    Since we are experiencing a massive increase of the shipment of personal luggage from USA to China mainland, and part of the customers did not submit the required documents for custom declaration in a timely fashion, we will encounter a 2-4 weeks delay as a result.

    To minimize the delays, we hope we can have your support in the following:
    1. Please prepare all the necessary forms and documents before dropping off your luggage. (Click here for checklist)
    If your luggage was shipped and you have not submitted the required documents, please respond to the submissions as soon as possible. (Click here to submit)
    Once the documents submitted successfully, please contact customer service for further assistance.
    2.Please check if your luggage is carrying any prohibited/restricted items before dropping off. (Click here for prohibited/restricted items)
