      In light of the partial acquisition of Kerry Logistics Network Limited (“KLN”, together with its  subsidiaries, the “KLN Group”) by our parent-company, SF Holding Co., Ltd. (“SF Holding”,  together with its subsidiaries other than the KLN Group, the “SF Holding Group”), SF Holding Group shall integrate the business and resources of both parties. The business of international express and e-commerce logistics will be led by SF, while the business of international freight forwarding and supply chain will be led by KLN. Both will combine efforts to further strengthen SF's international business capabilities, and provide customers with better services through new brand “SF KEX”.
