In order to meet your international express service needs during the holiday, the pickup and delivery service for International Standard Express/ International Economic Express/ E-commerce Express/ E-Parcel/ E-Parcel Economy/ SF E-Parcel Special Line/ Overseas Warehouse service remain normal.
During the holiday, due to the deployment of resources, and the adjustment of customs clearance services, some ports suspend the customs clearance service for personal shipments and Type-D shipments; there may be certain delays for the delivery time for some products of some flows (please refer to table below). You are suggested to make shipment arrangement in advance. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
