1. SF Vietnam only issues invoices for freight service fees and related charges (if any). For Vietnam import and export customs fees such as import taxes, import VAT, customs charges, etc., SF Vietnam cannot issue invoice of the payment on behalf.

2. This request is only apply to cash sales customers. Credit customer please contact finance staff to get e-invoice.

3. The e-invoice is not considered as the proof of payment.

4. If e-invoice is issued to the shipper, the last 4 digits of the shipper's phone number must be provided; if e-invoice is issued to the consignee, the last four digits of the consignee's contact number must be provided.

5. Each application apply up to 10 waybill numbers with the same shipper or consignee.
