Dear Value customers,
To express our thankful to customers, SF Express Vietnam (SFVN) continues to deploy the e-voucher program "Send 1 get 1 free" for international express delivery services to meet the transportation needs as well as support customers in customer’s business.
Program details are as follows:
Subject: All customers using SF International Express service
Applicable services: SE - Standard Express (Vietnam International Express).
Applicable routes: China (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau), Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Korea
Scope of application: Nationwide
Effective: October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023
Program rules
1、Account customers: Based on the number of orders in September, the number of orders exceeding will be given vouchers. The value of the voucher is equal to the average shipping cost of total orders in the previous month;
2、New account customers: New signed contract account customers in October will receive the number of vouchers the same with the number of shipments they send and the value of the voucher is equal to the average shipping fee of an order of that month;
3、Customers paying by cash: If you place an order via IUOP or SFGO and the orders are successfully, you will receive a free, unlimited voucher, the system will give you a voucher equivalent to the shipping fee, can be used for the next order;
Time to apply vouchers for account customers:
Orders placed in October 2023 will receive vouchers in November 2023. Customers can choose to use vouchers when placing orders;
validity: Within thirty days from the date of receipt of voucher
Note
+ Discount codes cannot be converted to cash.
+ Discount code only applies to shipping fee and does not include additional fees
+ If the shipping fee is greater than the discount code value, please pay the difference to send the goods
+ If the shipping fee is lower than the discount code value, you can use the discount code to pay but the difference will not be refunded.
