1) Scope and Purpose

· To ensure operational safety and service continuity, SF Express Singapore (“SF”) reserves the right to impose an Oversize and Overweight Surcharge on parcels that, due to their size and/or weight, require additional handling resources.

2) Applicable Products

· This surcharge applies to all SF Singapore international and domestic products.

3) Service Coverage: Singapore domestic and international shipments

4) Assessment Standard and Charging Basis

· The oversize and overweight surcharge is assessed and charged at the individual parcel level;

· For multi-parcel shipments, each parcel will be evaluated independently.

· Where one or more parcels within the same shipment are identified as oversize or overweight, the surcharge shall apply only to the affected parcel(s).

· Parcels are classified into Tier 1 or Tier 2 based on the criteria below.

· If a parcel simultaneously meets both oversize and overweight criteria, the higher applicable tier and corresponding surcharge shall prevail.

5) Tier Definition & Rates

· Tier 1 – SGD 40 per parcel

Ø Oversize parcel: any single dimension exceeding 120 cm but not exceeding 240 cm (120 cm < L ≤ 240 cm); or

Ø Overweight parcel: single parcel weight exceeding 40 kg but not exceeding 80 kg (40 kg < X ≤ 80 kg).

· Tier 2 – SGD 100 per parcel

Ø Oversize parcel: any single dimension exceeding 240 cm (L > 240 cm); or

Ø Overweight parcel: single parcel weight exceeding 80 kg (X > 80 kg).

The surcharge shall apply when either the oversize or overweight condition is met.

6) General Provisions

· SF reserves the right to determine parcel weight and dimensions based on actual or volumetric measurement taken during operations.

· All surcharges are non-refundable once applied.

· SF reserves the right to revise, amend, or update this surcharge and its applicable standards without prior notice.

· In the event of any discrepancy, SF’s assessment shall be final and binding.
