Important Notice: Request for Self Collection, Self-Lodge, Redirection Updates

  • Singapore government is enforcing stricter circuit breaker measures, to minimize further spread of COVID-19.
    In accordance with the MOH COVID-19 Circuit Breaker advisory dated 7th of April 2020, SF Singapore will temporarily adjust and implement these processes and measures below:

    1.Send SMS before delivery
    Our couriers will send a simple health-screening question via SMS prior to delivery, and your timely reply is much appreciated.

    2. Shipment for Self-Collection or Self-lodge

    a.Please email to for self-collection requests or self-lodge arrangements.
    b.For self-collection – please indicate your shipment tracking/ waybill number.
    c.Self-collection scheduled will be arranged within 2 working days, and will advise the schedule via email.
    d.Self-lodge will be arranged, will advise the schedule via email.
    e.Please adhere to your advised scheduled date, Do not drop by Service Station without schedule arrangements.

    3. Delivery Redirection request
    a.Please call our outline 1800 311 1111 or email to for delivery to another address arrangements and provide the new address below.

    b.Schedule for Redirection will be arranged within 5-8 working days, and we will advise the schedule via email.
