Service Introduction

SF E-Parcel+ is a high-efficiency logistics service customized for cross-border B2C e-commerce merchants to meet their demands for large, high-value cargo delivery. The service covers Russia, Ukraine, Australia and  EU countries such as the UK, France and Germany. The service demonstrates SF's convenient customs clearance system and superior delivery network in destination countries, and aims at providing a special delivery service with convenient customs clearance, stable timeliness and traceable routing for cross-border B2C E-commerce sellers. 

Service Edges
  • Low weight restriction: For E-Parcel+ shipments to Europe and Russia, the  maximum weight of a shipment shall not exceed 30 kg; for Ukraine shipment, the maximum weight of a shipment  shall not exceed 70 kg; and for Australia shipment, the weight of a shipment shall not exceed 20 kg.
  • Cost-effectiveness: The rate for the weight range above 1 kg is basically the same as that of E-Parcel service.
  • Professional customs clearance: Convenient customs clearance and improved timeliness
  • Flexible delivery: Notification before delivery, appointed door-to-door delivery, self-pickup, and proof of delivery
  • Instant online track & trace: Shipment status can be checked online on the same day of pickup. 
  • Electrified products acceptable: Built-in lithium ion batteries that comply with the air transportation safety standards are acceptable.
  • Full-process tracking: The shipment can be tracked throughout the whole delivery process.

2 x (Height + Width) ≤ 140 CM, and any unilateral length shall be no more than 105 CM.

Russia

Maximum weight of a parcel ≤ 30 KG

Length + 2 x (Height + Width) ≤ 300 CM, and any unilateral length shall be no more than 175 CM.

Ukraine

Maximum weight of a parcel ≤ 70 KG
