Third Party Authorization Service
The pick-up and delivery location of credit customer shall be defaulted to the address provided during account registration. SF Express provides a free service for sender who needs to have an alternative location for pick-up or delivery. This is called 3rd party authorization service.
In order to use this service, customers need to inform their respective Area Sales person or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. An agreement needs to be signed by the customer and submit the alternative location address and details.
After the agreement have been signed, the service function will be activated. Customer will then be able to arrange their shipments via online account or through SF hotline.
