This is a local express service for our Malaysian customer, providing pickup service from Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Kuantan, delivery service covers all areas in Malaysia.

*Next day delivery is applicable to shipments to all main cities in Malaysia. (Pulau Pinang, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur，Johor Bahru and etc)

** Delivery to rural areas may require additional 1-2 days

  1.     Parcel limitation: Size 70x70x70cm / 70kg per piece. Additional fees may be charged if shipment exceeds the limited size or weight.
  2.     Documents are calculated in 0.5kg increments, weight in decimal kg will be rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg.
  3.     Parcels are calculated in 1kg increments, weight in decimal kg will be rounded up to the nearest kg.
  4.     Document weight 3kg and above will be charged as Parcel rate.
  5.     Pickup is currently available for Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Kuantan only.  (Please refer to the postal code list).
  6.     Domestic service is currently not applicable to shipments from East Malaysia.
  7.     SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify or discontinue the services, tariffs and applicable terms and conditions at any time.
