Notice of discontinuity in paper air waybill

  • Dear Customers,

    In order to provide stable convenience and improve service quality, the use of paper air waybill will be discontinued from December 1, 2020, and will be replaced with electronic air waybill.

    Therefore, when ordering for pickup, please proceed through the online and mobile channels of SF International such as IBS, SF GO, SF INTERNATIONAL App, Kakao Talk, WeChat, etc.
