Notice of Remote Area Surcharge for Shipments Originating from East Malaysia

  • Dear Customers,

    Thank you for your continuous support with SF Express.

    Effective from 1 July 2018, for all international shipments from East Malaysia* to South Korea, there will be a surcharge applied: MYR4 for every 0.5kg. *

    For instance, shipments weighted at 5.5kg will incur a surcharge of MYR 44.

    This surcharge is applied to both International Standard Express and Economy Express delivery services, and applicable to both cash & credit account customers. In addition, this surcharge is applicable to both shipper pay and receiver pay.

    *Remark:

    2. For receiver pay shipments, the surcharge will be converted to local currency based on the exchange rate on the pickup day.
