In November 2022, we teamed up with our authorized reseller to launch the "eBackHome" luggage delivery service, providing international express service for personal luggage shipping from Japan to Hong Kong and Macau.

To continue to provide convenient services to tourists from Hong Kong and Macau during their stay in Japan, we will provide a discount of HK$50 (around 800 yen) for tourists who use the "eBackHome" luggage delivery service. The details of the event are as follows:

Method 1: Sending at hotels
You mayschedule a pick-up of your luggage at the hotel you stay. After pick-up is scheduled, please contact the whatsapp (+852 9143 5648) and hand over the luggage to the hotel reception.

Method 2: Sending at convenience stores
If you want to use a convenience store to send your luggage, you will firstly need to get the address of our domestic warehouse in Japan via contacting whatsapp (+852 9143 5648), then send your luggage to the designated address. Finally, please remember to place an order in time and contact customer service by whatsapp.

Method 3: Sending at "eBackHome" service points
If there is an "eBackHome" service point close to you or your hotel, you may directly hand over your luggage to the service point, then place an order and contact whatsapp (+852 9143 5648).

Important Tips:
1. Please remember to fill in promotion code "SFJP" when you place an order, and you will get a HK$50 discount. Please refer to the following screenshot for entering the promotion code.
2. If you send your luggage ata convenience store, you will need to pay the delivery fee at the convenience store for thedelivery between convenience store and warehouse.
3. Regarding luxury goods: Please take the photos of shopping receipt and send it to customer service via whatsapp. For details, please refer to "Famous Brands and Luxury Goods" (Chinese only)
4. Regarding prohibited items: Due to factors such as airline security and import & export restrictions, some items are not allowed toaccept for transport. Please refer to "Prohibited Items" (Chinese only) for details.
