【Update】Service Arrangement during Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games

    Thank you for your continued trust and support to SF International.

     

    As the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games are approaching, traffic restriction will be implemented in Tokyo and other venues during the Games. Affected by the traffic restrictions, please be kindly informed that our pickup and delivery services may be delayed. We will do our best to provide normal services to our customers.

    Olympic Games: July 23rd, 2021 – August 8th, 2021

    Paralympic Games: August 24th, 2021 – September 5th, 2021

    •  SF Service schedule during the Games:

    Pickup and delivery service may be expected due to traffic restriction during the Games, it is recommended that customers contact us for an early pickup or delivery in advanced.

    If you would like to drop off your packages at our authorized service counters, please refer to SF Authorized Service Counters for service hours. Please also be aware that the traffic restriction may affect the delivery of packages to be sent to SF Business Stations.
