We’ve been continuing to improve service quality for our customers. However due to recent exchange rate fluctuations and rising operation and labor costs, we have to decide to review and adjust the surcharge ‘Customs deferment surcharge for import duty and tax’. Please kindly refer to the following table for details.
Surcharge name:
Customs deferment surcharge for import duty and tax
New rate:
Minimum JPY1,000 or 2% of total advance whichever greater
Effective date:
Shipments permitted to import as of Jan. 1, 2023
