Regarding the Migration of International Shipment Online Booking System (for Individual Customers)

    Thank you for your continued trust and support to SF International.

     

    We are very pleased to inform you that our new online booking system International Unified Order Platform (hereinafter referred as “IUOP”) for international shipments will be launched on May 9, 2022, with the purpose of further enhancing user experience.

     

    With the launch of IUOP, individual customers who registered on IBS Personal will be migrated to IUOP with the same login information and IBS Personal will not be accessible. Meanwhile all new individual customers will need to register on IUOP for our services from May 9, 2022.

     

    For customers migrated to IUOP and having SF accounts, we will connect your login information with your SF Account No. on IUOP for monthly settlement. Please refer to the following changes.

    Affected users: Customers who registered on IBS Personal

    Please be noted that the system migration will not affect our services, transit time, rates and discounts offered. Please check IUOP - Personal user, IUOP - Enterprise user, at Download Center on our website.
