S.F. Express is pleased to offer you the full waiver of the following 3 surcharges, to help you save more and experience the real hassle-free shipping experience:
1. Remote Area Surcharge
Remote area surcharge is a common market practice; in appreciation of your business relationship with S.F., we are waiving this surcharge for both of your in/outbound shipments.
2. Non-Industrial / Non-Commercial Surcharge
For recipient's / pickup address located out of industrial / commercial areas, there may be a surcharge applied depending on regions. We offer international shipments the privilege of enjoying free delivery or pickup to or from anywhere with no extra charge.
3. In-Warehouse Service Charge (OUTBOUND* to mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau)
If the shipments' delivery address is located in warehouses or exhibition centers, extra administrative documents, handling procedures and usually queuing up for entering the warehouse is necessary. There is usually a surcharge applied for in-warehouse service. We exempt the service charge for international shipments, but customers are required to bear the actual expense charged by the third party facilities.
