Instruction on providing the original tax bill Shipments that require KJ customs declaration forms, except for personal shipments and shipments to be declared as formal entry will be declared collectively in batch at the customs and no separate tax copy will be provided. If there is any need for a hard copy of tax list for shipments using a KJ3 form, please search and download the list accordingly. For personal shipments, if an original tax bill is required, please call 95338 for assistance. 3. To check tax details, provide contact info for either the shipper or recipient.
