1. Tax data is available for shipments from all global origins to overseas countries within a two-month period is provided. This also includes express parcels cleared through Mainland China customs within two months of clearance.
2. To check tax details, provide contact info for either the shipper or recipient. If it's a mobile number, only the phone number is needed (no country code required).
3. The currency corresponding to the tax details amount reflects the actual tax currency of shipment generated at the import gateways of each overseas country. SF will settle payments using converted currency and amounts based on the collection exchange rate issued by SF at the customer's location during the current month of actual customs declaration.
4. Instruction on providing the original tax bill Shipments that require KJ customs declaration forms, except for personal shipments and shipments to be declared as formal entry will be declared collectively in batch at the customs and no separate tax copy will be provided. If there is any need for a hard copy of tax list for shipments using a KJ3 form, please search and download the list accordingly. For personal shipments, if an original tax bill is required, please call 95338 for assistance.
