2. When checking the customs clearance certificate/receipt, you should provide the waybill number and the contact phone number or email address* of the Shipper or A verification code will be sent to the contact phone number or email address you filled in for verification.

3. This Page only supports single waybill inquiry, if you need bulk inquiry, please contact the customer service or sales representative of the corresponding country.
4. This Page is only for you to check and download customs clearance documents of which you arethe Shipper or Receiver of the waybill. Please note that if you are checking customs clearance documents that are not related to yourself and cause any information leakage, you would be liable according to applicable laws of different countries or regions.
5. The above mentioned “Shipper” refers to the shipper who export Shipments from overseas countries other than P.R. China, and the above mentioned “Receiver” refers to the importer who imports Shipments from overseas countries other than P.R.China.

(1) If you didn’t provide contact phone number or email address of Shipper and Receiver when you placed the order, please contact the customer service of the corresponding country;
(2) If the contact phone number has been modified during the parcel transportation, you should fill in the original contact number;
(3) Country code is not required to fill in if you check by contact phone number.
