Overweight and oversize shipments are charged by two levels.

Level-1 overweight and oversize surcharge:

For overweight and oversize shipments in compliance with level-1 charging standards, a fixed surcharge of CNY260 will be collected for each shipment.

For overweight and oversize shipments of multi-piece shipments with one waybill, collect surcharges only for shipments that meet the overweight and oversize surcharge standards.

Level-2 overweight and oversize surcharge:

Global Express Plus : fixed rate: RMB 10/kg for flow of Japan (10* chargeable weight), RMB 15/kg for other flows (15* chargeable weight).
Standard Express (International), Economy Express (International) : For flows to Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand and Vietnam, the chargeable weight of a single piece is RMB 6/kg; for other flows, the chargeable weight of a single piece is RMB10/kg; the minimum charge of level-2 is RMB 260/piece. If the size or weight of shipments exceeds the limits of level 2, case by case through ITDP shall prevail.

Note:

1: A single shipment refers to a consignment that is packaged independently and cannot be split into multiple packages.
2: For surcharge standards for flow directions or products that are not covered in the preceding tables, see the weight and size restrictions for a single shipment in the International Shipment Operations Guidelines. Shipments with a weight or size out of the restrictions will not be picked up/delivered.

3: The minimum chargeable weight of each piece of Global Express Plus parcel that meet the Level-1 overweight and oversize surcharge is 40kg. If the chargeable weight of each piece is less than 40kg, it will be charged at 40kg. If the shipment is a multiple-shipment, the total chargeable weight should be the sum of the chargeable weight (larger one of actual weight and dimension weight) of each parcel.

4: The minimum chargeable weight for level 2 is RMB 710/piece for the flow to Japan, and RMB 1065/piece for other countries.

5: ① For shipments satisfying oversize and overweight charging standards (level-2) of Global Express Plus , the minimum chargeable weight of a single piece is 71kg, if the weight of a single piece is less than 71kg, charge by 71kg; ② Multi-piece shipment: If there are shipments meeting level-2 standards in the child shipments of the multi-piece shipments, then all the shipments in the waybill shall be charged by level 2 standards and chargeable weight, if the actual weight/volumetric weight of multiple child shipments are less than 71kg, charge by 71kg and then calculate the chargeable weight of the whole waybill. For the chargeable weight, the re-calculated whole-process volumetric weight of Global Express Plus shall prevail, the write-off adjustment rule of weight difference is applicable to the minimum chargeable weight.

6: The charging weight shall be based on the dimension weight measured in the whole process and the minimum charging weight shall be adjusted according to the principle of Hong Chong for weight discrepancy.

7: The Oversize-and-Overweight Surcharge an additional service provided by SF International with additional resources inputting. If parcels are returned due to the customer's personal reasons, the fee cannot be returned, Thanks for your understanding.
