SF Express is delighted to launch our new AU website with a brand-new layout and dedicated pages! We hope to provide you with an extraordinary online experience!
Core functions such as Track & Trace, Shipping, Rates & Transit Time and Service Coverage retain the same functions, but with a more user friendly design.
Also, all the functional and operational tools are consolidated within the "Shipping Center" tab. Everything is available through one click, fast and easy!
Here are some new functions and updates:
1. A new section "Your Key to China" was added. This section consists of cross-border e-commerce solutions, and will later include information about the SF International Alliance. Going forward this section will focus on sharing up-to-date information and events related to the SF China Total Solution!
2. Users now have the option to share this information through your page on Facebook through one click.
3. The "New to SF" and "Download Center" sections have been added. You may find and download all the instructions and forms which include: "how to open an account", "how to prepare waybill", "invoice" templates, and the most updated "rate cards" - everything you need to get started.
4. "Cooperative Inquiry" and "Suggestion & Feedback" sections. To make communications easier, you may reach us through the "Cooperative Inquiry" tab for any potential business inquiries, and by sharing your comments about our service and website through the "Suggestion & Feedback" tab.
