  • It has come to our attention that fraudulent calls and SMSs with unauthorized use of the SF Express name have been circulating to our customers, claiming with unsigned shipments or detained shipments at customs, and requesting customers to provide personal information for economic fraud.

     

    SF Express respects customer privacy, and is fully committed to implementing and complying with the personal information and data protection principles and all relevant provisions on privacy protection. In the event that our staff contacts customers in the course of shipment delivery, we never ask for personal information of ID certificate and bank account.

     

    SF Express hereby reminds all SF customers and members, in order to protect your own interest and safety, please beware not to provide your personal information to unknown calls and SMS. SF Express dose not request shipment information via unsolicited channels.
