The extensive WASTEMASTER® range provides the complete mechanical pre-treatment of effluent: conveying, elevating, screening, de-watering and compacting, de-gritting and de-greasing. The first step in the treatment of any wastewater, both municipal and industrial, is the mechanical treatment incorporating the elimination of gross solids: screening, the separation and removal of finds: grit classification and the removal of greasy floating matter: fat separation. After this mechanical pre-treatment the wastewater is now ready for any further biological or mechanical processing.
