EST Corporation Emergency Gas Scrubbers

EST has been providing emergency gas scrubbers since before the adoption of Article 80 in the 1988 Uniform Fire Code. From the original recycle systems to our current state - of - the art product line, EST has long been a leader in the supply of emergency scrubber systems.

EST emergency scrubbers are used to control fugitive emissions of chlorine or sulfur dioxide from 150 lb. cylinders, one ton portable tanks, and up to 90-ton rail cars with a caustic soda neutralizing solution. Facilities with excellent safety records are still at risk for incidental leaks or even a potentially catastrophic release. Should a leak occur, an EST emergency scrubber offers insurance against the possible devastating effects associated with toxic gases. EST's systems have been full scale tested and certified to contain and neutralize a "worst case" gas leak in accordance with Uniform Fire Code standards.
